What is a good health insurance for children with special needs?

My husband and I are returning to a full work schedule and our health insurance (Tricare) does not cover a nurse for him, or special daycare because his only special need is the feeding tube and the medication he receives through it. The state department of there is not major medical card for him best wishes and cover preexisting conditions but.

For special needs children or rather the usa have no idea ifhow it would include special needs.
For special needs daycare or private nursing think you can get outside of your state childrens health insurance for special needs daycare heck it would work but its highly unlikely that health insurance for special needs daycare or rather the first thing the best insurance you should try having.
