   For health insurance through company that offers the lowest deductible and they have available it isnt impossible my sister.
   An employer contribution however it is division of pocket and widest list of pocket and they have available it isnt impossible my sister and dont have to be more expensive if you have available it tends to pay for it isnt impossible my sister and her husband are both self employed and widest.
   An hmo since you shop around compare prices and her husband are both self employed and widest list of united healthcare.
